Yorklyn Arabians farm was started by Ahmad Amer. We are a breeding farm nestled in the hills of Yorklyn, Delaware. Mr. Amer was especially impressed by the lineage of the Straight Egyptian collection of Mohammed Ali Pasha and Abbas Pasha, the rulers of Egypt. He imported his foundation mares from the EAO in the early 80's and started breeding Straight Egyptian horses. The seed was planted, and today Yorklyn Arabians has grown to include a second in Cairo, Egypt Al Kahira Arabians.
